Join us at Pureift Galway JustOneHour a day and see a dramatic improvement in your health, sleep patterns and weight. The Pureift JustOneHour campaign aims to encourage you to train for one hour per day at least 4 days a week. We will help you do this as we have 50 fitness classes running per week. These fitness classes are for everyone from a total beginner to a professional athlete. We structure our classes so you and your fitness levels will benefit.
