SO WHAT IS PURE STRENGTH?
On Monday we began Pure Strength a 60 minute class that started with a 5 minute warm up on the spinning bike.
Then into the main training zone for 6 rounds of 6-8 reps of the heaviest weight you can lift and press:
Deadlift
High Pull
Clean and Snatch
Chest Press
Plyo Press Ups
Chest Flies
Bent Over Row
Clean and Press
Supine Pull Over
People were averaging at 40kg on the dead lift to 30kg and the clean and press!
