Due to unbelievable demand, we have now added a second program of Purefit6 to run this September. The program will run from Thursday 19 September at 8pm in Purefit Galway. All Purefit Purefit6 programs require a €70 deposit!   What is Purefit6 Purefit6, The personalised nutrition and training program returns Purefit Galway is starting a 6 week all inclusive weight loss and specific training program. This program, which is now in its fourth session is designed by Purefit’s top Trainer Fiona, who will be with you every step of the way. Purefit6 will also work out how many calories you should really be consuming a day. Purefit6 will give you access to 41 classes per week (you must be able to attend 3-4 classes per week). The program will have a personalised structured eating plan that combined with the Purefit classes will get you back on the road to health. There will be weekly meetings in a Weight Management Clinic, this clinic will be where you will be weighed, your Body fat measured and your inch loss will be tracked from day one! The Purefit6 program will also offer online support from the Purefit Team with all Purefit6 participants having access to a closed support group, meal plans, shopping lists, a ‘How to’ on stretching and exercising properly and what foods you should be avoiding. I've been coming to the classes in Purefit since last September and loved how Fiona challenges you during the classes by getting you to up the weights every so often. Although I was exercising regularly I still felt exhausted after a weeks work. I travel most days for work and I end up having to eat on the go from a cafe or garage which doesn't always have any choice other than sandwiches, wraps or panini's!! Well I haven't had a sandwich in about 8 weeks after getting all the help I needed from Fiona and Ger. I guess they get you back to basic about food and how we should be using food as a fuel and not as a reward or treat! If you are worried you will be starving during this please don't worry I never ate so much food it's just all the right stuff! My energy levels have increased so much everyone has noticed it. The only advice I would give anyone considering doing this is that it is a challenge but the results will be worth it, go for it
