Last week I did the 3 DAY JUICE CLEANSE and it was AMAZING. The first day was tough especially when you smell food cooking! After that it was way easier, I wasn't even feeling hungry!! By Day 3 I noticed that my skin was really soft (and has stayed that way so far!) I got compliments that I looked glowing and that the whites of my eyes were really white! I also felt amazing, just really fresh and felt like my mind was really clear! I also lost 7lbs in that time. It really made me think about food differently and realize that its so important what you put into your body!!! It has helped me kickstart eating healthy again and been really aware of what I put into my body. If 3 days can make such a difference in how I feel, what can years of bad nutrition do?! Thanks Purefit Galway, I will def be doing the cleanse again after Xmas to kickstart the new year! ;-)

Oktoberfit! Get ready for winter
