Circuits with Tom - HIIT Bootcamp GalwayOur last programme this side of Christmas (can you believe it's 9 weeks away!), Wednesday nights at 8pm Tom will be taking you on a six week course focussed on strength, speed, agility and power. This circuits-based, HIIT bootcamp incorporates all the fun toys we have, with kettlebells, battleropes, TRX, medicine balls and lots of bodyweight exercises in the mix strengthening the entire body.

The mix of intensity, and the different exercises all make Toms circuits programme a lot more fun than typical programmes. Purefit Circuits get your muscle groups "fired" up and keeps you fired up about training again. This circuit programme is open to both men and women and suitable for all fitness levels. The classes will be challenging and varied with a strong emphasis on fun as well as fitness. The circuits are adaptable to your fitness level and can be varied depending on how you're feeling during any particular session. The 60 minutes is split into a mix of high intensity followed by low intensity interval sessions.
