A little glimpse into Total Tone Circuits Purefit Galway
A great effort by all Purefitters tonight, Kettlebells at 7pm was an intense workout that pushed you all to the limit!
Total Tone Circuits saw 3 rounds of 16 different stations that including TRX, Squats, Lunges, Planks, Clean and Snatch with the Bar Bell, Box Jumps, Elevated Sumo Squats with a Kettlebell, Squat Jumps, Spidermans, Clean and Press and Deadlift with Kettlebells!
