PURE X-FIT is a 45 minute class with a workout of the day. These workouts are constantly varied, effectively giving a different workout each session. The workouts are generally a mix to some degree of either barbells, kettlebells, metabolic conditioning and/or bodyweight movements.
For example in a 15 minute session you would see how many rounds of 15 jump squats/10 pushups/20 kettlebell swings you could you do. The aim is to record and beat your previous amount of rounds in the 15 minutes, and so acting as a marker of your progress. The benefits of this class is the intensity, as high intensity, power-based exercises are effective for burning a high number of calories in a short period of time while simultaneously improving aerobic fitness.
For those that might think this seems intimidating, all workouts are fully scaleable depending on your abilities, however it is not suitable for complete beginners to exercise.
