You will feel great afterwards. If you enjoy jogging or running look out for charity runs, there are a few out there. Take time out for yourself by setting yourself a daily challenge of getting 30 minutes of moderate activity daily. Every little bit helps, even 10 minutes a day of a brisk walk to the shop is better than nothing. Remember exercise releases adrenaline and endorphin's, which relieves stress and gives you more energy. So this Christmas why not make exercise and nutrition your daily habit
