A circuit style class combining resistance training and body weight exercises designed to get your heart pumping while at the same time toning and tightening those legs, bums and tums. All the exercises are performed for 2 minutes in sequence with little to no rest in between, until all have been completed. This class is suitable for absolute beginners to advanced. All exercises can be modified to suit everyones level. In this class Purefit concentrates on these three areas of your body, which burns calories, tones and shapes your way to a happier and leaner you.
