Purefit Galway started their Purefit6 second program last week. We will be following Purefit Priscilla here and on our facebook page as she goes through the second phase of the Purefit6 program. When she started with us her weight was 14 stone 7 lbs , Body fat 44.6% and had a Waist of 44 inches. Today starting the second round her weight was 12.12 lbs, body fat was 31.2% and her waist measured 36.1 inches.
